I am passionate about helping people discover what they want from their lives and how to successfully get there.
So often we do what we think is expected of us, what others need or want from us, but not what we KNOW is right for us. We are scared to step into our TRUTH.
I became a Parent and Life Coach and founded Encode Success because I know that if you align with your definition of success, every aspect of your life improves and you achieve more than you ever believed possible.
I have been happily married since 1990 to my college sweetheart. Mike is the love of my life and provides me with wonderful support and guidance. I am the mom to three smart and creative middle school daughters. We also enjoy the company of two dogs, two horses, a goat, hens, guinea pigs, hamsters and lots of fish at our home. I enjoy time with my loving family and my fabulous friends, hiking, knitting, reading and hanging out with our animals.
Over the last decade, as a mom, I have supported many families as they struggled with the challenges of raising healthy and happy children. I led parenting groups and workshops. I provided one on one coaching to help moms and dads become the parent they want to be. I worked as preschool teacher at parent co-operative preschool, playing with the children and coaching the parents. And I coordinated annual women's trips to the Grand Canyon.
In 1989, I graduated from Emory University with my degree in Elementary Education. I taught second grade in Atlanta, GA, learning about families, children and the politics of school administration.
After I moved to Phoenix in 1994, I transitioned my career into Human Resources, working as Director of HR in a large call center for a finance company for many years. I worked with many people at all levels who were unsatisfied at work, struggling to balance their career and family lives.
